ISO: frozen, cooked turkey

Hi, I always thought that cooked turkey couldn't be frozen. However, I have turkey from Thanksgiving in my freezer (from one and a half months ago). Is it OK to use it in casseroles? Would the texture of the turkey be changed from freezing? Any great recipes to use it in? Thank You!!
