Recipe: Pirate's Pie (using tuna)

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
PIRATE'S PIE

1 (6 oz) can albacore tuna, flaked
4 eggs, whipped
1/2 cup green peas (or other vegetable)
2 sliced green onions
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup grated cheese
3 cups mashed potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.

Combine all except potatoes and put in prepared pan. Spread potatoes over top.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes or until top is nicely browned.

Let cool and serve in wedges.
