ISO: Frugal Gourmet ground beef and pasta casserole

This receipe was one of the early Frugal Gourmet receipes and I cut it out of a magazine advertisement and have now misplaced it. It has the ingredients of Lasagna but is much easier and cheaper. It features ground beef and Ziti.
Help!!!!
