ISO: fruit compote using diet orange pop

I am looking for a lost recipe! A fruit compote made with several fruits, some canned, some fresh. The main thing about this recipe was it had ONE CAN OF DIET ORANGE POP in it! It was so good & healthy too! Please help! Thank you, Barb
