Recipe(tried): Spicy Thai Salad - chicken or beef (similar to cheesecake factory)

Salads - Main Dish
This is a delicious recipe that I tried to copy from Cheesecake factory. I used chicken instead of beef although I think both ways would be delicious.

SPICY THAI SALAD

1 rotisserie chicken
1 head of romaine lettuce
1 cucumber (no seeds)
1/4 red onion finely chopped
1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves finely chopped
1 serrano pepper chopped
2 mangos
1 green bell pepper (medium)
1 red bell pepper (medium)
juice of two limes
2 cups chopped fresh green beans
1 (6 oz) pkg chow mein noodles
FOR THE DRESSING:
equal parts Padang peanut sauce and sesame miso salad dressing in the amount to taste.
