ISO: Fussel Shrub drink from colonial Williamsburg

Misc.
I had this drink while staying at a bed and breakfast inn I would love to have the recipe for fussel shrub drink. It is a fruit like drink with vanilla ice cream in it and the glass is topped with a pineapple ring and a cherry.
Thank You,
Kristen
