ISO: Galliano Recipes - Does that recipe book include the one for poaching flounder?

I had the recipe for poached flounder years ago & loved it. Lost the Galliano recipe booklet it was in & have never been able to find it again. I would really be appreciative if it was in there & you sent it to me. Hoping I'll finally find it.
