ISO: Gelatin Sheets

Misc.
I recently bought a Dr. Oetker cookbook which has some
delicious looking dessert recipes. However, where we
here use packs of gelatin, the recipes in the books call
for gelatin sheets to be used. How many sheets are used
for our packs or vice versa. I bought the sheets but
there is no comparison of use info and now I don't know
how to use either one of the gelatins. PLEASE HELP!!!
