Recipe: Yogurt Pops (using Jello and honey)

YOGURT POPS

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz.) container vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp. honey

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened.

Beat in yogurt and honey until smooth. Pour into 3 1/2 ounce paper drinking cups. Freeze.

Insert wooden sticks (popsicle sticks or Dixie cup spoons are great) when partially frozen.

Tear off paper cups before serving.
