Recipe(tried): Creamed Cucumber Salad

CREAMED  CUCUMBER SALAD

peel 7 cucumbers, cut off the ends.
cut cucumbers lenghtwise
with spoon remove seeds
slice into 1/8 inch pieces
Place cucumber pieces into bowl 
chop medium onion put into bowl
mix together
add 2 TBL salt and drizzle with vinger 
let stand for 2 hours
by hand squeeze liquid out of mixture and put into another bowl
Add sour cream to mixture with dash of pepper
Add TBL of dill weed - Mix
Add 2 TBL of sugar - Mix
Mix well and refrigerate
