ISO: gelatin using pineapple juice and grated carrots, blender recipe book, 1960s

Misc.
I am searching for a recipe which appeared in a blender recipe book, now lost. The recipe contained plain gelatin, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple and grated carrots. The recipes appearing here are not exactly the same. No ice was added. (I do not think it was a GE book).
