Recipe: Peach Tomato Salsa

Toppings - Salsas
PEACH TOMATO SALSA

2 cups diced ripe tomatoes
1 cup diced peeled ripe peaches
1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup diced white onions
3 tablespoons seeded and minced jalapeno pepper*
3 tablespoons minced cilantro
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate, covered, for an hour.

Allow to come back to room temperature before serving.

*Use caution in handling fresh chilies, taking care not to touch eyes or face and washing hands thoroughly when through.
