ISO: German Apple Cake

Misc.
Hello

I am looking for a german apple cake recipe. The batter was fairly simple, and the apples were peeled, sliced, with slits put in, then placed on top of the raw batter. Cinnamon sugar was then sprinkled on top to bake.

After baking, powdered sugar could be sprinked on after cooled.

thank you in advance for your help.
