Recipe: Anthony's Mouthwatering Meatballs

ANTHONY'S MOUTHWATERING MEATBALLS

3 slices white bread
2 tablespoons water
1/2 pound ground beef, veal and pork
1 egg
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup oil

Break bread apart and put in 2 tablespoons of water.

In a large bowl combine meat, egg, garlic, Romano cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and bread mixture.

Add breadcrumbs. Mix again. Form into balls.

Heat oil in a skillet. Cook meatballs 4-6 minutes or until done, turning to brown.
