ISO: Gladys, Ali-oli?

Misc.
What a beautiful menu! I hope your guests enjoyed it. I would like to make several items from your menu but am wondering what Ali-Oli sauce is. I am guessing it is a dipping sauce with olive oil and herbs. Can you clarify this? If it is a Latin product, I have a plenty of markets to choose from in my part of the country. Thanks for the wonderful menu.
