ISO: Gluten, wheat yeast free flat bread subsitution

Misc.
I am thankful to have found a gluten, yeast, wheat free
recipe for bread finally, however my daugter is also
allergic to soy and dairy. Can the soy flour be substituted with rice flour? And could oil be used instead of butter? I am not a bread maker and I am having trouble substituting ingredients succesfully.
Any help is much appreciated.
