ISO: Goulash (using tomato soup)

My aunt used to make this recipe in the 60's and I would love to find it again. The sauce was made from onions, green peppers, ground beef, tomato soup, worcestershire sauce, mustard and tabasco sauce...then mixed with cooked macaroni. Can anyone help? Thanks so much.
