ISO: Graduation Party open house/dinner buffet

Misc.
I will be hosting a graduation open house for my high school student. We will have 50 people or so and I would love to have a buffet of ready made dishes so that I don't have to be cooking at the last minute. I was thinking of several salads, including the red potato salad with asparagus and artichoke hearts that was posted on this board. I'm mainly stuck on main dish ideas -perhaps a cold chicken? Other salad or side dishes are always appreciated. We will have a large bakery cake for dessert.
Thanks.
