ISO: Great American (not McCall's) Recipe for apple cookies

I am looking for the apple cookie recipe from the Great American (not McCall's) Recipe Card Collection. I loved these cookies, but recently lost the card. It has shredded apples, walnuts and spices, does NOT use oatmeal. Thanks!
