ISO: Grecian Chicken breast - question

Misc.
Thank you for the Grecian Chicken Breast recipe.

I have never posted online before. However, could anyone please give some tips re making the pockets on the chicken breast? I haven't done that before. How big should the pocket be? Is the bacon suppose to cover the opening of the pocket? Is the pocket suppose to be able to close around the stuffing? Does the stuffing sometimes ooze out of the pocket while baking?

I would like to make this for company over the holidays.

Thanks!
