Recipe(tried): Taco Salad (using ground turkey)

I love to use ground turkey for taco salads. I take a pound and do half package taco seasoning. I mix it like it says on package, but split in half. Then i layer lettuce, onion, black olives, black beans, or refried beans, tomatoes, anything you want on a taco salad. I love those new Frito Lay Baked Tostitos Scoops. They do not taste like cardboard like some of the baked chips do. I add fat free sour cream and salsa. Maybe some low fat cheese. I use the finely shredded cheese, it seems to go further. I can use less but it seems like more.
