ISO: Green Bean Canning-Pressure Only?

I would like to "can" green string beans, just plain, but all the recipes say I must use a pressure canner. Is there any way I can process them with a water-bath without making them into "Dilly Beans", etc.? I want to be safe. Thanks for your help!
