Recipe: Big Sis Tuna Bake (using hard boiled eggs and green olives, Bisquick recipe, 1970's)

"Make up a package of cheese sauce mix lor fhe topping."
1 (6 1/2 oz) can tuna, drained
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
1 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup cold water
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Mix tuna, eggs, olives, onion and mayonnaise; set aside.
Stir (dry) baking mix and 1/2 cup cold water to a soft dough.
Divide dough in half. Pat one half in greased square pan, 8x8x2-inches. Spread tuna mixture over dough in pan. Spread remaining dough over tuna mixture.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 6-8 servings
