I have made the Green Tomato Jalapeno Chow Chow and now am wondering just how it is used? I thought it might be like a salsa and am not sure. The recipe said it was made by linda lou, WA

I have more green tomatoes and want a good recipe for salsa that I can can about 12 pints or more.
