ISO: Grilled Hamour like they make on the beaches in Kuwait

Misc.
The Hamoor was grilled in a large foil along with shrimp and different spices and greens on the side with lemons and served with bread. Can you help me find out what spices were used and Exactly what type of fish is Hamour, I heard it may be red grouper but not sure. Please, my son has been wanting ths fish for a long time I think since 1996. Please help me. Thanks Dina
