Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
ASIAN PORK PATTIES

3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoon Durkee Minced Onion
1 1/2 teaspoons Durkee Ground Ginger
3/4 teaspoon Durkee Garlic Powder
1 pound ground pork
3/4 cup water, divided use
4 teaspoons Argo Corn Starch

Combine the soy sauce, wine vinegar, brown sugar, onion, ginger and garlic powder in a small bowl.

Combine 3 tablespoons of the soy sauce mixture with the pork, reserving the remaining liquid. Form pork into patties.

Broil patties until done, about 15 minutes.

Pour reserved soy sauce mixture into a saucepan. Add 1/4 cup of water.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with the remaining 1/2 cup water; pour into the soy sauce mixture in the saucepan and stir over medium-high heat until thickened.

To serve ladle Ginger-Soy Sauce over pork patties.
