ISO: ground turkey

Misc.
Do any use it regularly and if so do you buy it from the counter at the meat market or have it ground up from the breast meat...I have heard that if you buy it from the counter it has skin and a lot of othe tutkey parts on it...anyone know...Thanks ..Linda
