re: Ground Turkey

Misc.
I use the pre-ground package of Turkey from Perdue. I have only used it to make Turkey Burgers for our new diet, which did not go over the greatest with the DH. I added alot of Worcestershire, garlic etc. to hopefully make it taste as much like a regular burger as possible and followed a recipe I found on how to keep them from drying out (which I will post if anyone is interested). Maybe melt some cheese over it next time?? I thought they were o.k. but you know how carnivorous guys are. I think I will use the other package to make meatballs for lo-fat spaghetti on the sly next time.
