ISO: Harry & David's Moose Munch Popcorn

Misc.
I would like the recipe for a similar recipe like the Moose Munch that is sold in the Harry & David's store or catalog. It is like a caramel corn but has chocolate instead of caramel but popcorn, nuts etc. Not sure how they make it chocolate etc. Thanks very much.
