ISO: Help for Tuna Fisherman

Misc.
I'm a tuna fisherman from Australia. Recently our nets have coughed up a few dolphins, and they're often dead before we can turf them back into the ocean. It's such a waste. Although my request may appear a little "left-of-centre", I was hoping some posters may have a recipe for dolphin. Preferably for the BBQ. Thanks in advance. Ralph.
