Maybe substitute for shark?

I sympathize with your not wanting to waste dolphin meat. I suppose you're only making the best of a bad situation. How about substituting dolphin in recipes calling for shark? Shark steaks taste great grilled; maybe dolphin steaks would, too?

Don't forget to research ways to keep the dolphins out of your nets! I hope you never again feel a need to eat dolphin.
