ISO: Help with Habanero Peppers

I have grown Habanero Peppers this past summer and I now have many fresh peppers that I wish to hopefully use in a 'Hot Sauce preparation' (something like Tabasco) I have no idea how to go about making a sauce like this. Can any of you people help me? Recipes would be great
