ISO: Help with souffles
Misc. My chocolate souffle (part of it) comes away from the cup. The recipe said not to grease the cup, but mine does not look like the pictue. Of course, I forgot to slightly beat the egg yolks. Would this cause my problem? Also looking for other souffle recipes that have been tried. Thanks
