ISO: Herb stuffing recipe for 8-10

Misc.
Hi everybody! Well its that time of year again.. Time to start planning for Thanksgiving dinner! I found a great recipe for Herb Roasted Turkey with Shallot Pan Gravy in this months lovely issue of Bon Appetit. However the stuffing recipe that goes with it wouldnt suit the tastes of my finicky guests so I was wondering if you lovely ladies have a recipe for an herbed bread stuffing that would serve 8-10? I plan on cooking the stuffing outside the turkey. I was going to just fly by the seat of my pants on the stuffing but thought I might get some good idea's here. Thanks for any help!
