Recipe: Timberlodge Steakhouse Garlic Butter

Title: Timber Lodge Steakhouse Garlic Butter
Yield: 16 Servings

1 lb butter
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp ground chervil
1 tbsp garlic powder

In a microwave on high power soften the butter but do not allow it to get runny, approximately 40 to 45 seconds. With a wire whip, combine the softened butter, Parmesan cheese, chervil and garlic powder. Blend thoroughly. Texture should be fairly stiff but not runny. Serve at room
temperature.
