ISO: homemade noodles off the plate

Misc.
My grandmother who was slovak, made these noodles from flour and water or flour and milk and maybe something else. I was wondering if anyone knew the recipe or how to make them? She would cut them off the plate with a spoon and drop them into boiling water. Then trasfering them into soups or stews or cabbage and noodles.
Thanks in advance if anyone can help.
