ISO: How do I can home made mustards?

Misc.
I am making home made mustards and thus far have put them in the refrigerator to keep. I would like to can these mustards and give as gifts and keep on the shelf - outside the fridge. What methods and recipes can I use to successfully make and can (water bath or pressure canner) mustards?

Thanks, Joan
