Recipe(tried): Decorator's Frosting

I've made this one for years! A G/F mom used to decorate cakes...used to have tubs of it in the fridge when I would visit....just hand me a spoon!

DECORATOR'S FROSTING

1 cup white Crisco vegetable shortening
1 egg white (pasteurized)
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 pound confectioner's sugar

Blend shortening, egg white, and almond extract for 20-30 minutes.

Add sugar, and 1-2 tablespoons water.
