ISO: How do you make chocolate chips?

Misc.
I'm looking for a recipe to make my own semi sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips. I want to buy the chocolate from a candy supply store, add ingredients, and then produce chips on a small machine. I need a recipe however, to do so. Any suggestions on where I can find a recipe to make chocolate chips would be greatly appreciated.
