ISO: How to convert regular oven yeast bread recipe to bread machine

I was curious How i would take a regular oven yeast bread recipe and convert it to a bread-machine recipe. can it be done. I have lost the recipe cards for my breadmachine, now it is just sitting there as an ornament. getting frustrated as to how I can use the machine, perhaps adapt it. I will call Salton as you stated in another message to reorder my book, but would love to be able to adapt new recipes to my bread machine. Thank you
