PENNE ROSA - COMPLETE NOODLES AND COMPANY
8 ounces penne noodles, cooked
1.5 ounce cubed tomatoes
1.5 ounce sauteed mushrooms
1 ounce blush table wine
2 ounces spicy marinara (or add crushed red pepper to regular marinara)
2 ounce heavy (whipping) cream
fresh spinach
In a HOT saute pan add the (cooked) penne noodles, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
ADD the table wine and spicy marinara.
Let it cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cream.
(Au sec)
Add fresh spinach.
Serves one.
