Recipe: Sandy's Hot Fruit Compote (1970's)

SANDY'S HOT FRUIT COMPOTE

16 oz. cans of all kinds of fruit, drained (pineapple, pears, peaches, apricots, cherries, grapes)
a few raisins or nuts (optional)
1 (20 oz.) can pie filling
corn flake crumbs or other cereal (for topping)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Coat a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Drain and mix all fruit and raisins or nuts. Pour in prepared dish. Top with pie filling and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs or other cereal.

Bake at 325 degrees F until hot and bubbly.
