ISO: HOW TO MANUAL FOR COOKING BAR-B-Q

Hello: MY name is Jim and I have been in the bar-b-q business for 25 years. I have written a manual on how to cook bar-b-q useing my experence from all my years of doing this.

NO this is not a cook book, but a hand on how to that will show you how to cook bar-b-q.
Some of the features are as follows.
HOW TO GET THE FOOD DONE ALL THE TIME
WHAT TYPES OF COOKERS MIGHT WORK FOR YOU
WHAT KINDS OF WOOD TO USE
WHAT TEMPTURE AND HOW LONG FOR WHAT KINDS OF MEAT
I think you get the ideal.

What I would like to know from you folks is, do you think there is a market for this type of manual?
