ISO: Hunt's Family Restaurant Tenderloin Sandwich

I am looking for a recipe from a company that used to be called Hunt's Family Restaurant in Peoria, IL. They had the most awsome tenderloin sandwich. It was homemade and hand breaded, with a great relish. Is there any way to get this recipe. This company has closed it's doors and I can't find a tenderloin sandwich that will match it anywhere.
