ISO: i need an easy cornbread recipe!!

Hi, i am looking for an easy to follow recipe for cornbread, as i am going to be cooking thanksgiving dinner for the first time ever (i'm english, my boyfriend is texan) the only thing i havent been able to find is a nice easy to follow cornbread recipe! all help gratefully received!!!
