ISO: I need the recipe for Snickerdoodle coffee creamer

I am having difficulty locating a recipe for Snickerdoodle coffee creamer. I have found recipes for other flavors, but not this one. I would think that you would just add cream of tarter, cinnamon, and sugar to dry milk but I'm not sure in what quantity. Thank you so much!
