ISO: I would like to know how to fry pasta...should I cook pasta first, dry it

I would like to make the Italian nachos like carrinos, however the rcipes posted use pot stickers and I want to use either lasagna noodles, fresh or cooked...has anyone used fried pasta as an appetizer...such as fried ravioli??
