ISO: Icebox Cherry Cream Pie

I'm searching for an old [60's] recipe for "Icebox Cherry Cream Pie". I know that it had a pastry crust, some sort of creamed 1" base and then the filling was a thick whipped mixture with cherries [not fresh cherries] folded in. It was wonderful.
