ISO: ideas for cleaning refrigerator

Hi --

Curious what cleaners people prefer to use when they do routine cleaning inside the refrigerator: dish soap, baking soda, ammonia, vinegar, etc.

Also, any other person ever needed to attack brown "mystery goo" under the bottom bins? What on earth makes that easier to remove?

I'd appreciate any tips, especially on that last one. Thanks much.
