ISO: Indian Recipes

Last night my college professor husband came home with a huge bag Indian foods and supplies for cooking Indian meals, which were a gift from a student's parents. All I need now are some recipes!!! About all I have now is a tin of curry powder and a acan of coconut milk. Where do I go from here??

Any help would be appreciated very much.
